Return and Exchange Policy

Nerlax does not offer refunds after purchase. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. You must contact our customer service team at to initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  2. The returned item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  3. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  4. The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
  5. All returned items will be subject to inspection to ensure they meet the return conditions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Nerlax will offer either an exchange for another item of equal value or issue a store credit with no expiration date. We do not offer cash refunds for returns.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item to Nerlax. Any returns from the United States must be shipped via a trackable and insured method within 14 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for return.
